Shipping Policies & Costs:

Order Shipped within:

  • UNITED STATES: We offer FLAT RATE SHIPPING to all orders shipped within the continental United States of only $5.95.  
  • INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS: All orders outside of the continental US will be accessed a flat shipping charge of $15.95.  Please allow 14-21 BUSINESS days for arrival. At times the package may be delayed by customs or due to excess holiday traffic; add 2-3 days in these cases. Parcel tracking is not available for international shipments by default - please message us if you would like parcel tracking. Additional charges will apply which range -/+$35.

 Shipping Method: 

  • All orders are shipped USPS Priority shipping. For tracking information on your order, please visit www.USPS.com
  • International orders are shipped via FedEx or DHL; however, we partner with the carrier that provides the best service and efficiency in your country.

Handling:

Turn Around Time:

  • When ordering items that are not handmade or custom made, please allow 3-5 business days to process.
  • When ordering items that are handmade or custom made, please allow 7-10 business days to process your entire order.
  • When ordering officiating licensed products, please allow 7-10 business days to process your entire order.
  • During heavy holiday season, such as Christmas, we ask that you consider adding an  additional 3 days to the processing times stated above.

Changes To Order: 

We will do everything possible to accommodate any changes to orders after they have been placed.  However, a processing fee of $5.00 will be charged on any order that is cancelled before shipment.  The full price of the item will still be charged on a Custom Order if the item has been prepared and is ready for shipment.

PLEASE VERIFY YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS: We print labels directly from the information that you enter into  your shipping address; therefore, please make sure your shipping address is correct upon checkout. We are not responsible for parcels delivered to an invalid address that was provided.  

Note:  Any orders that are made on holidays or weekends, will be processed on the next business day and shipped as indicated above.
