Change Is Inevitable May 03, 2017 01:32

Hello our awesome friends!

Today my husband, the second human LOL, and I were discussing how employers are responding to those looking for work nowadays.  Especially those within our age group.  We also talked about the downsizing, and uncertainty for some of the huge brands that we grew up with, Sears, Macy's and The Limited.  All impactful brands that are in the verge of disappearing forever.

With the ongoing movements in our economy, it is one too many families within our circle of friends and relatives, (and even ourselves) that have experienced changes or loss of employment.  These amazingly qualified individuals are having the hardest of times finding a JOB, since the thought of actually finding a true career opportunity has almost disappeared.

Having all of these things to think about, we started to pray.  Prayer in our house is the start of every solution.  It brings us peace, comfort and allows us the chance to bring our concerns and requests before God, then leave them at the throne as He is the only one that can truly bring us a solution.  Putting our trust in man vs God, will only lead to disappointment.

So if you or one of your family members, or friends, is going through the employment challenges that our society brings us, know that the fight is not lost.  God will make the way where there seems to be no way.  Place your trust in Him, for He is our Provider, Restorer and Redeemer.  Matthews 7:7 tells us "Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you."  God promises that if you bring Him your request and then move by faith that He will deliver everything you ask for accordingly to His will.

Please know that you are not alone; we are here to pray for you if you are going through this yourself.  We would love to lift you up in prayer, therefore, post your request in the comment section below.

Thank you so much for reading my blog and being part of this journey with me.  I would love to receive any comments or suggestions.

Blessings!
